Es ist eine offene Institution, die keine Alkoholabstinenz verlangt und seit Jahrzehnten erfolgreich die kontrollierte Alkoholabgabe praktiziert. Zur Institution geh\u00f6rt ein vielf\u00e4ltiges Besch\u00e4ftigungs- und Arbeitsangebot, wobei kein Besch\u00e4ftigungszwang besteht. Ziel ist die Schadensminimierung und ein menschenw\u00fcrdiges Leben trotz Abh\u00e4ngigkeiten. Die Bewohner:innen weisen h\u00e4ufig chronische psychiatrische Mehrfachdiagnosen auf.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zur Erg\u00e4nzung unseres interdisziplin\u00e4ren Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Sozialp\u00e4dagog:in HF\/FH oder FABE EFZ 60%<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deine Aufgaben<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Praktische Alltags- und Freizeitbegleitung der Bewohner:innen<\/li>\n<li>Kontakt mit gesetzlichen Vertretungen der Bewohner und mit \u00c4mtern<\/li>\n<li>Die Unterst\u00fctzung der Bewohner:innen in ihren individuellen Zielen f\u00fcr die Zukunft<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rdern der Selbstverantwortung, Selbstbestimmung und der Selbst\u00e4ndigkeit im Rahmen der Bezugspersonenarbeit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dein Profil<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Terti\u00e4rstufe oder bzw.
