L\u2019offre propos\u00e9e est \u00e0 bas seuil et \u00e0 but non th\u00e9rapeutique. L\u2019institution suit les principes suivants: structure quotidienne minimale r\u00e9gl\u00e9e, l\u2019abstinence n\u2019est pas demand\u00e9e; distribution contr\u00f4l\u00e9e d\u2019alcool; offre d\u2019activit\u00e9s, d\u2019occupations et de places de travail diversifi\u00e9es; aucune obligation de travail. Objectifs suivi: r\u00e9duction des risques (stabilisation de la consommation d\u2019alcool \u00e0 un niveau relativement bas) et une vie d\u00e9cente malgr\u00e9 la d\u00e9pendance.
